About the Author

Louise Robinson is a professional aromatherapy, massage and reflexology practitioner. Having originally trained with Neal's Yard Remedies, she now divides her time between running her busy therapy practice and working within an acute mental health unit in the Bethlem Royal Hospital, London. Louise is passionate about promoting self-care and supporting her clients with their wellbeing to help them thrive.
