Arlene Harder is the author of Letting Go of Our Adult Children and a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in imagery exercises. She leads workshops for people with serious illnesses and is the cofounder of The Wellness Community Foothills and the nonprofit website CancerOnline. She lives in Altadena, California.
