Barrow is Dean and Professor of Education at Simon Fraser
University, BC,
Canada. He was educated at Westminster School and Christ Church,
Oxford. His
numerous publications include "Greek and Roman Education" (BCP,
1996), and "Plato,
Utilitarianism and Education" (RKP, 1997). He was
elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada in 1996.
