This is an excellent workbook for any young person struggling with
low self-esteem. The author uses a cognitive behavioural and
mindfulness approach which is designed to help you change how you
think and act. The book contains real life stories to help young
people realise that they are not alone in their struggle. It's laid
out in a friendly and easy way, easy to read cover to cover or to
dip in and out of. The activities are straight forward and provide
you with the necessary tools to change your way of thinking. I have
used some of the activities from this workbook with my clients and
have been impressed with the results.
