Liya Chernyakova was born in Kharkov (Ukraine ). Now lives in
Milwaukee (USA). A poet and a songwriter. Author of two books of
poetry. Member of the Creative Order "Roots of Heaven," New York
club of Russian writers, organizer bards fests in the US Midwest.
