About the Author

Max and Noel Venning are the brothers behind Three Sheets Bar in Dalston, London, which has championed batching and bottling since 2016. Voted one of The Worlds 50 best bars for the last three years, the brothers have gone on to collaborate on Top Cuvée and Little Mercies, two award winning North London Venues, as well as releasing a bottled cocktail range 'Three Sheets Bottled'.
