About the Author

Nigel J. Copsey has decades of results-oriented experience in managing, training, consulting and coaching in a number of countries and even in unusual situations. During his career he has focused strongly upon performance improvement, rarely accepting the status quo. This resulted in a great deal of study, observation and experiment that, together with the many mistakes he made, taught him a great deal.
