"I find breastfeeding so compelling in part because it
transcends the social, ethnic, religious, and economic barriers
that divide people. Breastfeeding Around the World beautifully
illustrates breastfeeding's universality." --Nancy Mohrbacher,
IBCLC, FILCA, author, Breastfeeding Answers Made Simple
"Not only do our moms connect with the photos of their own
culture, they can also see that breast-feeding is the norm in every
part of the world. The sweet, tender images of mothers
breastfeeding their babies evoke that very special feeling only a
mom knows as she nurtures new life." --Edie Wiltsee, MPH, MS, CLC,
program director, WIC Monterey County California Health
Department
