About the Author

Shannon Bishop is a wife and mother residing in Buckeye, Arizona. She has an online ministry for wives called Be A Crown Ministries, (www.beacrownministries.com) with the purpose to encourage and challenge wives to be the crown God has called them to be. Her inspiration for the ministry comes from the Bible verse, Proverbs 12:4, and from her own experience of being a desperate housewife for years. She desires to help women discover the healing hope found in Jesus Christ. She and her husband, Jason Bishop, also have a discipleship ministry called the First Century Church Project. (www.firstcenturychurchproject.com) They have a passion for making disciples, and working with churches to spread the mission of discipleship.
