Dr. Randolph A. Pohlman is Dean Emeritus and Professor at Nova Southeastern University. His undergraduate, Master's and Ph.D. have all emphasized Finance and Organizational Behavior. In 1990, he went to Koch Industries as a senior executive, which had a major impact in solidifying his beliefs in the importance of successful work and its impact on one's life. Dr. Pohlman has an extensive consulting and research background. --- Dr. Bradley Wesner is a leadership, communication, and teamwork specialist at Sam Houston State University. His Master's degree is in Applied Communication through Indiana University, and his PhD is from Texas A&M University. Brad has served as a trainer and consultant for a variety of profit and non-profit organizations including Univision and Heico Corporation, and is known for his dynamic training style and ability to make complex theory understandable and applicable to the modern business organization.
