A former pilot in the French Navy, Frédéric Zumbiehl has since turned to writing. He wrote the scripts of several military adventure series, always insisting on hyper-realism, such as Team Rafale or Unité Félin. He was picked to replace Francis Bergèse at the helm of Buck Danny. Gil Formosa began working in comics at 18, as Morris’s assistant on the Lucky Luke cartoons, before making a name for himself as an illustrator of posters and covers, interspersed with several comic series.
