Joanne Raetz Stuttgen is a folklorist who has lived in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana. She is currently at work on Cafe Wisconsin Cookbook (with Terese Allen) and Cafe Indiana, both forthcoming from the University of Wisconsin Press.
