About the Author

Stephanie Chewning is a graphic designer located in the Washington, D.C. area. In addition to being an artist, she is also an author, certified Meditation Teacher, certified HeartMath(R) Coach, and Reiki Master. She teaches about the mind-body connection in addition to maintaining her graphic design business. Her classes and workshops encompass a grounded, medically-based exploration of the energetic system and how it works with the physical body. Ancient established traditions of meditation and philosophy are presented in ways that are understandable and can be practiced in daily life.
