Bill Lindsey, a native of Mississippi, served in the US Navy for nine years, both on shipboard duty and as a naval aviator. After leaving the military with the rank of lieutenant commander, he explored a variety of careers. He founded a management consulting company and held management positions at Hughes Aircraft Company and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
Bill attended the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, where he earned a MBA and a PhD in executive management. He taught at Loyola Marymount University, guiding executive MBA candidates to become leaders in their fields. Prior to his retirement, he was the associate dean and director of the executive MBA program.
Now retired, Bill actively travels, writes, and volunteers. He recently celebrated his fifty-fourth wedding anniversary with his wife, Margie, and is the father of three children and the grandfather of two. He lives in California.
