About the Author

I am a first generation Italian immigrant that was blessed from every aspect of life. I am competitive in everything I am fortunate enough to be exposed to. There are two things that drive and inspire me, other than my family. Being privileged with the development of people is key. It allows me to be as excited about walking into my office as I am about going home. It has become a ministry for me. Secondly, something that has become a sort of crusade for me, is finding my, "Peter principle". Yes, believe it or not, I do see a genuine appreciation for not being the smartest guy in the room. I live by a phrase that has no sway, "I do what I say and I say what I am going to do.
