About the Author

An English graduate of DePaul University, Jennifer Olvera has written about food and entertainment in Chicago for over a decade for print publications and websites, such as Chicago magazine, the Chicago Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, and Mobil Travel Guide. The author of both the Food Lovers' Guide to Chicago and a contributor to the Zagat Chicago Restaurants Survey, she regularly covers stories (and tests recipes) for the Food section of the Chicago Sun-Times.
