About the Author

Chime 1.3.0 was a student of the original Vril Society. He claims to have "stepped out" of his body and allowed a Chime to walk in. During his Earth life, "Ranald" (his anonymous pen name, ) was a Nuclear Engineer in the U.S. Army - where he was granted high level security clearances which enabled him to work in Operation Gladio B and a little known esoteric arm of the U.S. Government. Additionally Ranald is a 32nd Degree Freemason and a member of the Scottish Rite. He was one of the few students of Heiki, a surviving member of the original Vril Society whom he met while in the US Military. He was married to Un, a North Korean defector and fellow Chime. He, Un and Elaine made up the original Chime set. He is the last surviving Chime left on the planet Earth
