About the Author

Almost fifty years ago, Ian Fleming, author of James Bond, wrote Chitty Chitty Bang Bang as a bedtime story for his son.
Now, Frank Cottrell Boyce jumps into the driving seat and takes Chitty into the twenty-first century. He is the award-winning author of many books. He is also a successful writer of film scripts and, along with Danny Boyle, devised the Opening Ceremony for the London 2012 Olympics.
Joe Berger is a prize-winning illustrator and animator. He is co-creator of the Guardian comic strips The Pitchers and Berger & Wyse.
