About the Author

Jeff Zahn lives in New York with his wife and daughter, dog and two cats, and is happy. He recognized long ago that happiness is an internal choice more than it is an external condition and developed the concept of Practical Perspectivism as a means of sharing this approach to happiness recognizing that having happier people around is simply more fun.
