About the Author

I got into the senior healthcare business because of my experiences with my own parents. Care ranged from excellent to horrible between caregivers, and I wanted to use my own experiences to help improve the experience for clients and caregivers alike. By starting my own home care company, and now by writing the book, I'm able to share my experience with others to help them avoid the same mistakes that I made.
