Reviews

"Indeed, the [Facilitator Guide and Workbook] together enable application of the program easily and fluently. The format is friendly and appealing, the wording easy to understand and unambiguous, the instructions clear and detailed... The books are aesthetically formatted and easy to handle for anyone who would use them...The two companion books provide a paradigm for manuals of treatments in health psychology [and] set a standard for future publications of
this kind."--PsycCritiques
