Reviews

... goes well beyond the scope of a textbook, being at the very least a major comparative analysis and work of research and scholarship. The Edinburgh Law Review This book will be an invaluable resource for further research and analysis and is more than impressive in scope and depth ... the book is very well written/translated, both instructive and lucid ... highly recommended to its potential readers. European Journal of Law Reform
