About the Author

Steven Totosy De Zepetnek teaches media and culture studies at the University of Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. Totosy's areas of interest and publications are in literature and culture, theory and application in modern and contemporary European and North American fiction, Diaspora, exile, and ethnic minority writing, communication studies (audience), postcolonial studies, film and literature, bibliographies, new media scholarship and knowledge management, editing, etc., and he has published papers and books widely in these fields. He is founding and current editor of CLCWeb: Comparative Literature and Culture (clcwebjournal.llb.purdue.edu) and series editor of Books in Comparative Cultural Studies, both published by Purdue University Press.
