About the Author

FRED STICKLER holds a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston University and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University. Fred is a retired probation office and served briefly as a city magistrate. He has worked as a contract investigator for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal Investigation Services from December 2006 until February 2013 and is currently a contract investigator with Customs and Border Protection since April 2008. Fred calls Sierra Vista AZ home.
