About the Author- Tom Palzewicz After serving in the Armed Services on the USS Scamp, a nuclear submarine, Tom ventured into the world of accounting and finance, receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting. He enjoyed a rewarding career in banking with Firstar, Marshall & Ilsley, Associated Bank and US Bank. While working in corporate banking Tom discovered his passion lay in a much different arena - community growth and development. He immediately recognized ActionCOACH would help him to achieve this vision. Tom became a certified ActionCOACH business coach in 2005. His 15+ years in finance, management and team-building provide a solid foundation of expertise for small business management and improvement. He extends these talents to aid in job creation for his business clients to succeed and grow by adding new employees, thereby contributing to the economic stability and quality of life in Southeast Wisconsin. Tom is generous with his time, coaching non-profit organizations pro bono to help them make a more meaningful difference to people in need in our community. He's recently joined the boards of the Elmbrook Education Foundation and C.A.R.I.N.G. Group, organizations focused on the growth and development of schools within the Elmbrook School District. Tom is an elite Platinum level Business Coach, consistently ranking as a "Top 100" ActionCOACH in the world for his success in building his and his clients businesses. In addition, he has received many awards and recognitions from his colleagues and ActionCOACH founder, Brad Sugars, for Coach and Mentor of the Year (WI/MN 2008), ActionMAN (Americas, 2009 & 2010, and Global, 2009 & 2011), as well as TeamCOACH Award (Americas, 2011). He recently added author to his list of accomplishments, as co-author of "Consistent Cash Flow," a Brad Sugars' Instant Series Book. A native of Milwaukee, Tom currently resides in Brookfield with his wife, three children and family dog.
