About the Author

Dr. Peter Gletzakos is a dentist who has a private practice in both Portland and Middletown, Connecticut. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Boston University School of Dental Medicine. An avid history lover, he was inspired to write a book that would offer preteen readers an entrée into the history of the American frontier. Courage is his first book.
