About the Author

Robin Sakamoto is a Professor in the Faculty of Foreign Studies of Kyorin University, Japan as well as a lecturer at the University of Tokyo. David W. Chapman is the Birkmaier Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Minnesota where he teaches comparative and international education in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development.
