and human services from Kansas State University.

child and family development and the director of the Center for
Multiculturalism and Inclusivity at the University of Central
Missouri. She holds a Ph.D. in family studies from Kansas State
University.
Keondria McClish, Ph.D., CFLE is an adjunct instructor of
early childhood education at Metropolitan Community College. She
holds a Ph.D. in adult and continuing education and teaching from
Kansas State University.
