He is Editor of the Journal of Heritage Tourism and also researches tourism issues related to religion, developing countries, planning, and borders Dr. Nyaupane is the graduate program director and assistant professor at Arizona State University, USA. He has research interests in heritage management, conservation, and tourism development in the developing world
