Peggy Porschen moved from her native Germany to study at Le Cordon Bleu and in 2003 she founded Peggy Porschen Cakes. Her cakes have graced many A-list events such as Elton John's White Tie & Tiara Ball and she is the exclusive wedding cake partner to Fortnum & Mason. Her first book Pretty Party Cakes won 'Best Entertaining Cookbook' at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards and she regularly contributes to Conde Nast Brides, Wedding and Sainsbury's Magazine. Peggy runs the Peggy Porschen Parlour in London's Belgravia and her Cake Academy, London's first cookery school entirely dedicated to baking, cake decorating and sugar craft.
