M. Hadi Amini, PhD, DEng, is Assistant Professor at the Knight Foundation School of Computing and Information Sciences, College of Engineering and Computing at Florida International University. He is also the Founding Director of Sustainability, Optimization, and Learning for InterDependent Networks Laboratory (www.solidlab.network). Miadreza Shafie-Khah, PhD, is Associate Professor at the University of Vaasa, Finland.
