About the Author

PAT WILLIAMS, longtime NBA executive and basketball Hall of Famer, is currently leading an effort to bring Major League Baseball to Orlando. He is the author of well over a hundred books, many of them on leadership. Pat is the father of nineteen children and has twenty-one grandchildren.

Pat Williams is Senior Vice President and co-founder of the NBA's Orlando Magic and a longtime friend of Chuck Daly. The author of more than sixty books on topics from sports to humor to biography and leadership, Pat is driven to encourage excellence in others.
