Pearce's debut novel, Dear Mrs Bird, was a Sunday Times and
international bestseller and was shortlisted for the British Book
Awards Debut of the Year and the Historical Writers' Association
Debut Crown for best historical debut. She lives in the south of
England. Anna Popplewell is a British actress, famous for her role
as Susan Pevensie in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005),
Prince Caspian (2008) and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (2010).
