Dr. Douglas Gregg is President of CFDM (Christian Formation & Direction Ministries), where he is involved in training and equipping Christian pastors and laypeople in the art of spiritual direction. He also serves as Associate for Faith Formation at Church of Our Savior, Episcopal, in San Gabriel, where he currently lives. Past Director of the Office of Christian Community at Fuller Theological Seminary, he is coauthor of Inner Healing: A Handbook for Helping Yourself and Others. Dr. Siang-Yang Tan is senior pastor of First Evangelical Church in Glendale, CA. He is also professor of psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary, a licensed psychologist, and author of Lay Counseling: Equipping Christians for a Helping Ministry. He lives in Arcadia, CA.
