William H. Kersting joined the faculty at New Mexico State University in 1962 and served as professor of electrical engineering and from 1968 the director of the Electric Utility Management Program until his retirement in 2002. He is currently a consultant for Milsoft Utility SolutionsRobert Kerestes, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh's Swanson School of Engineering.
