Lorraine's passion for developing training materials to assist best practice stems from her recent work as a learner resource developer and adult trainer and assessor of the Certificate III and the Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and of the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (Birth - 5). This recent training and experience has enabled a deep understanding of the learning pathway from Certificate III to university-trained educator.
