Bret A. Moore, Psy.D., ABPP completed his doctorate in clinical psychology at the Adler School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, IL, USA and the postdoctorate Master of Science degree in clinical psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ, USA. He is founder of Military Psychology Consulting and Adjunct Associate Professor in Psychiatry at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, USA.

Anne S. Klee, Ph.D., CPRP completed her graduate work at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology of Yeshiva University, Bronx, NY, USA and her undergraduate work at Columbia University, New York, NY, USA. After completing predoctoral and postdoctoral fellowships at the Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT, USA, she accepted a position at VA Connecticut Healthcare System where she has worked for the past ten years. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine, USA.
