Jacqui Shepherd inherited her talent for storytelling from her father and first began creating her own stories to amuse her four children, who are very close together in age. She currently resides in South Africa.
What a lovely and captivating book for yound kids. Amazing illustrations and great lessons to be taught based on everyday life. An excellently written and beautifully illustrated children's book about Eddie the baby elephant with a lesson about the importance of watching the time. I highly recommend it for young children. A sweet story of a baby elephant which teaches the importance of listening to your parents. I enjoyed how the book explains to children why parents says things and how not listening can get one into scary situations. Eddie gets a fright, written by Jacqui Shepherd is a book wriitten about a little elephant who had to learn how to watch the time. The illustrations and words go so well together in this book.
