About the Author

Richard Youell has over 25 years experience in business, technology and people development. He is a Qualified Master Practitioner and Certified INLPTA Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Christina Youell has over 20 years experience in HR and is a fellow of the CIPD. She is an NLP practitioner and Qualified Master practitioner. Together they founded People & Performance Ltd which runs management, NLP and leadership courses for a wide range of business organizations
