--Judy does an excellent job in giving confirmation where I needed it most by sharing her knowledge and giving me a great starting point in this book! I cannot thank her enough!--Pragmatic book. You can easily label it as "out there" but if you take the time to try some of the things without fiddling with the ideas they work very well. Take the time out to try some of the ideas, they're worth it.--Very informative and spoken from a true empath. I wish someone would have written this earlier. It would have saved me from a lot of emotional trauma as a child and young adult.--An easy and complete read for someone curious of mastering their abilities as an empath. I finished it in one night!--The world is changing and this book is one that can help many understand some of those changes in- the world- themselves- and/or- those in their lives. I think everyone should take a look.--There is so much that I couldn't explain about myself as a child and adult but thanks to this amazing book, it all makes sense now. I love this book!!!--The book is great for everyone that haven't put a name to their gift and want to know more about it. Very helpful when you have empath children as well.--This is a great book for sensitive people that teaches them how to work with the heavy emotions and use them for good.
