About the Author

Antoine Medley is a dedicated husband of seventeen years, a doting father of two, a loving son, and a loyal brother; he is also an IT professional, mentor, entrepreneur, motivator, and now an author. Through his involvement and memberships in various philanthropic organizations, including the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Antoine has worked tirelessly for the past fifteen years to serve his community in Raleigh, North Carolina. One evening, after a long fraternity meeting, he sat at his desk and poured a narrative from his soul that was inspired by his two daughters, Morgan and Clarke. The story was one that would teach youth about the importance of African-American history and that would inspire them to be leaders in their respective communities.
