Linda Larsen is an author and home economist who has been developing recipes for years. She has written 43 cookbooks since 2005, including The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook and The Complete Slow Cooking for Two Cookbook, as well as Eating Clean for Dummies. Linda holds a bachelor of arts in biology from St. Olaf College, and a bachelor of science with High Distinction in food science and nutrition from the University of Minnesota. She lives in Minnesota with her husband.
