Frederic Merand is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at l'Universite de Montreal. Martial Foucault is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at l'Universite de Montreal. Bastien Irondelle is a research fellow at CERI-Sciences PO Paris and Deakin Fellow (2009-2010) at St Antony's College, University of Oxford.
