"In Even the Best of Us, Dwight Perry and Elizabeth Pierre provide
an essential guide for clergy and future ministry leaders. Dwight's
wisdom from over forty years of ministry as a pastor and
organizational leader add to understanding the complexity of clergy
failure and necessary steps to recovery. This will be a valuable
resource for years to come."
--Valencia Wiggins, Field Chair of Counseling, Moody Theological
Seminary
"This book is a must-read for anybody hoping to lead effectively
and finish well in their ministry. Dr. Perry's writing is a
reflection of everything I personally know him to be: candid, wise,
gracious, and helpful. His insight is valuable for leaders in all
stages of their ministry; his heart and good intent to help
spiritual leaders and mentor through his words and experience is
clear on every page."
--Tim Dunn, lead pastor of Graceway Church, Kansas City
