About the Author

Sarah Copeland is the award-nominated cookbook author of Feast: Generous Vegetarian Meals For Any Eater and Every Appetite and The Newlywed Cookbook: Fresh Ideas and Modern Recipes for Cooking with and for each other. Sarah is the former Food Director at Real Simple Magazine and Food Network veteran, as well as a mother, school garden founder, yoga-enthusiast, small business owner and a weekend cook. She and her work have been featured in numerous national magazines including Martha Stewart Living, Saveur, Food & Wine, Real Simple, Better Homes and Gardens, and Food Network Magazine as well as in Epicurious.com, Eater.com, TheKitchn.com and other widely-read food websites. She has appeared as a guest expert on The Martha Stewart Show and Good Morning America. She studied culinary arts in New York City and in France.
