Lisa Horne is the creator of Food Allergy PI, a blog that focuses on creating allergy-friendly recipes. Her goal is to promote education and awareness of allergies, especially focusing on label reading and communication with manufacturers, distributors, and establishments. She shares what she learns through her cooking adventures to help others confidently navigate food allergies and encourage proactive food allergy safety. Her mantra is: don’t hesitate, investigate! Lisa lives on a small ranch in Arizona with her husband, five children, a Yorkie, and lots of chickens.
