Was recommended this book by my daughter so decided to see what it was all about. The subject is fascinating and extremely easy to read and understand for he person with limited medical knowledge. I really appreciated the calorie lists and suggested recipes at the back of the book. Both my husband and I have followed the fast diet, although not strictly as yet, but the weeks that we did we found it very easy to sustain the fast for the two days with normal eating days inbetween and both lost at leastr three kilos over a period of about a month which we were very happy about. Intend to follow the diet more strictly in the next couple of weeks and would recommen it to anyone wishing to improve their overall health with the stress of limiting yourself all the time. A very enjoyable and educating read.

Easy to read and follow, good scientific information as well as how to apply the diet to your own life. Have been thinking about the ratio 2:5 ever since. Am able to choose which days I diet and whci hdays I don't and that's very flexible and easy to manage.

This book is well written by a Doctor and a food expert. Easy to read and to makes your own mind up re the results that are presented. Looks like it works and I will know soon enough for myself. Amazing that Fishpond can get my books here to New Zealand so quickly - the best service and now only use Fishpond for any books I need.

I've so far lost 10kg nd my husband has lost 18kg.tgis diet isn't a diet, it's a way of life. We feel healthier, happier and our mind is clearer. Brilliant book. Great author. Excellent science behind it all. Thank you.

Fantastic book as it really is helpful. The daily plan s at the rear of the book make it so easy to achieve weight loss and the meals are enjoyable.

Very well written and easy to follow. I am thrilled with how healthy I feel already. The first week was the hardest.....3 weeks on, and 3.5kg less, I am super happy! My body is getting use to not eating as much on my 'fast' days and I am finding I slow down and enjoy my food more. I wanted to purchase this book not only for weight loss, but to have a healthy body and lifestyle for the rest of my life.

Look what a great book, the documentary was too but this is just great to have on hand, easy to fall back on. Full of great ideas and healthy recipes to make. This is the scientifically proven, healthy, totally natural way to better health, got to be worth a go, eh?
