About the Author

Dr Julie Knutsen is a Career Stylist, educator, writer and Creative Director of Career Creations International. Her career spans over 30 years in global money markets and academia. Julie has been dedicated to large-scale talent development in top flight organisations and her intrapreneurial foresight is recognised as the catalyst for the success of their international growth and high performing teams. In academia, Julie was awarded her PhD in 2017 and integrated rea-world curriculum into undergraduate and postgraduate programs of two major Australian universities aimed at building competent, confident and work-ready graduates.
