Scott and Bonna Brooks met each other when they were both eighteen years old. At that time, Scott was an atheist, and Bonna was a Lutheran. But Jesus was so lovingly gracious, that He opened Scott's eyes to see that there was a lot more to life than Scott had originally thought from his atheistic perspective. Scott then went through an exploration process, where the Lord helped him to eventually become a Christian. Bonna then re-evaluated her worldview and began to grow in the Christian life as well. With having such an atheistic start to life and then seeing things quite differently, Scott has had an ongoing hunger to not only understand why we exist, but to also understand how many relational aspects of life actually work. This eventually led to Scott writing books where Bonna has contributed to the authorship, and has helped with the proofreading too. In their books, Scott and Bonna in no way desire to "teach at" or "lecture" others, but simply share their hearts as to what has become very valuable to them. And they encourage their readers to look to the Holy Spirit to make things stand out to them so that the Holy Spirit can uniquely tailor the book material according to His very best for their lives. The following are some www.Amazon.com 5-star reviews for two of the four books included in "Four in One". Twos and Threes: "Finally some Christians that why it!" At His Feet: "At His Feet" is a wonderful book! It is practical, readable, and applicable! "At His Feet" reminds me of the Greek word, paraclete, meaning "one called alongside to help." This book is just one of the "tools" called alongside to help us as we walk the Christian walk." At His Feet: "I absolutely love this book. It is one of the best purchases that I have ever made. Very easy to read and excellent advice on how to advance in your spiritual life. The advice given by Scott is from personal experience, too. It is also not a book that you just pick up and read. It is thought provoking and challenging and requires one to "think" about what one is doing and what needs to change. And to be honest, I can only read a few pages at a time and then I need to spend time praying about what I read, sometimes for days. I would highly recommend buying this book. You will not be sorry."
