"Chödrön's delivery is conversational in a way that will make listeners feel they are members of a live audience at a retreat. Chödrön has an engaging tone, and her reading is sprinkled with jokes and asides that will put listeners at ease. A great entry point to Chödrön's work."--Publishers Weekly
